First column: date and day (e.g. August 20 - Tuesday)
Second column: mode (F2F or Zoom)
Third column - attendance (present, absent or suspended classes)
Fourth column: reason for absence
Write it in a ¼ sheet of paper. Turn this in on September 24 (Tuesday).
