11. Draft a proposal (outline format) to effect meaningful and lasting socio-political and economic change in the Philippine society.
12. Construct a matrix of PGMA's correct and popular. correct but unpopular, wrong but popular and wrong and unpopular moves since her assumption to office in 2004.
