Halal

The halal* food industry in the Philippines
is yet to be optimized to its full potential.
The potential market of halal food includes
the Muslims nationwide (around 10 million)
and those in Southwest Asia (Middle east)
and in Indonesia (country with the largest
concentration of Muslims).
