DevStud '08 Practicum Conference Presentation Guidelines

  • Limit the presentation to 30 minutes per group.
  • Assign 1-2 speakers per group.
    Someone should also be assigned
    from each group to operate the laptop.
  • Present only the highlights of the practicum experience.
  • Include the following: facts and figures, production work,
    social investigation, mobilization, sceneries, light moments, etc.
  • Bear in mind that the presentation should not
    be random in manner. There should a storyline/
    theme that will connect each slide.
  • Present the report through any of the following:
    purely PPT presentation, audio-visual presentation, etc.
  • Save the file to the hard disk of the laptop
    which will be used on the conference.
  • Keep a back-up copy of the group's presentation.

  • Be informed that there will be 2 layers of evaluation.
    1st layer: peer editing
    2nd layer: professor (c/o Ponsaran, venue: DSS, time: TBA)
  • Be informed also of the peer editor assigned to each group.

    Lu's group (Morong) = Rodriguez
    Reburiano's group (Binangonan) = Lu
    Tria's group (Cavite) = Bacon
    Catsao's group (Laguna) = Laforteza
    Bacon's group (Laguna) = Solano
    Rodriguez's group (Zambales) = Fajardo
    Go's group (Bulacan) = Morano
    Fajardo's group (Tarlac) = Go
    Set it according to your convenient time and place.
    Be open minded enough to take constructive criticisms.
