pangungurakot,
pagsisinungaling, pandaraya at pulitikang pamamaslang.

Abhorrence to GMA

The people's strong rejection of GMA's extended tenure
beyond 2010 is definitely not born out of the fear of the unknown.
The people know very well what to expect.

To be victorious in 2010, the opposition only needs to do three things.
First is to consolidate their ranks.
Second is to present themselves as alternative to, if not the opposite of GMA.
Third is to be vigilant against any form of cheating from the administration.

Needless to say, she is the administration's greatest weakness.

Dear Sir/Madam:

Good day!

The Development Studies Program will be holding its annual practicum conference
entitled LALAWIGAN: Mula sa Masa, Tungo sa Masa on July 1 (Tuesday) from 9 AM to 5 PM
at the CAS Little Theater. It will feature the group reports of our senior students about the
social research they conducted among peasant, fisherfolk and indigenous people communities
in various
provinces in Central Luzon and Southern Tagalog during their summer practicum.

In view of this, may I request you to allow the following students to attend the activity
as it will be very helpful in familiarizing them in their other field-based activities.

Panitikang Burgis vs. Panitikang Mapagpalaya

susunod nitong sandaang taong pag-iral.
Kung hindi ay mawawalan ng katuturan
ang pagiging pamantasan ng bayan ng UP.

Pinoy Weekly
