Exhibit is intended for viewing.
But very few exhibits in CAS serve their purpose.
The presentation itself is too text heavy,
not to mention the blurred photos
and the very small font size for the captions.
No one even notices the exhibit.
The substance is there but it doesn't draw attention.
Therefore, it defeats its entire purpose.
So what's the point of having one.
In the end, no one appreciates their effort.
Not even the very people who mounted it.
Sayang ang glue.
Sayang ang espasyo.
Sayang ang oras.
Sayang ang preparasyon.
Sayang ang press release.
An exhibit doesn't have to be expensive and exaggerated.
But it has to have an impact in terms of substance
and presentation to merit public viewing and appreciation.
