Aswang

Sabado

Sa mga nakalipas na taon, may dalawang klase ako tuwing Sabado - umaga (9-12) at hapon (1-4).
May isang semestre pa ngang umabot hanggang gabi (4-7).
Samakatwid, tuwing Martes (8:30-2:30), Miyerkules (9-4) at Biyernes (8:30-2:30)

Maaksaya dahil maraming bigong proyekto.
Maaksaya dahil di-episyente.
Maaksaya dahil maraming tiwali at walang pananagutan.

Salin

Capacity vs. Capability Building

  • Capacity building would obviously be much broader than capability building with the latter almost restricted to focusing on individuals.
  • Capacity building - and better still capacity development - focuses its analysis on improvement at various levels - from the policy, to organizational, institutional, structural (including intergovernmental), and individual and behavioral levels.

Transactional politics

Gloria should realize that the all-out support she enjoys from her political allies, i.e. local executives, congressmen, cabinet appointees, state security forces, etc., is only momentary. It all emanates from the patronage* that goes along with the position she occupies.
Nothing is permanent, only transactional.

It is possibly one of the reasons why many UP students have grown apathetic to local and global socio-political issues.
  • For obvious reasons, GMA is not honest enough to hold her administration accountable for most of the problems that beset our people. She instead blames it to her political enemies, the communist insurgency, and the global crisis.

Attendance checking

Net metering

"A net metering scheme is provided in the Renewable Energy Law, giving capable consumers the option to generate their own power, which in turn will give them the possibility of being paid by their power distributor or given discounts for the power they give back to the grid.

Asar-talo?

Pricing Strategies

Bakit ako (relatibong) mas mataas magbigay ng grado noon hanggang ngayon?*

Sabi ny'a, "Ah, yung mga propaganda."

Tiningnan niya, nag-isip at sumagot: Angara.

    Nag-isip at sumagot: Political History

    Lupeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeet mo, Rodessa!
