Nutrition 101

"Ampalaya is a good vegetable, both the fruits and leaves. People think ampalaya, malunggay, kamote tops, and other vegetables raise blood pressure but this is not true.
What makes sense is to have balanced meal always - variety of food eaten in moderation.
Of course we should lessen intake of the salty, fatty, and sweet foods."
