    to keep its competitive edge.
  • Direct supervision is a form of behavior control.
  • Attitude is defined as a collection of a person's feelings and beliefs.
  • Eavesdropping in the workplace is an ethical issue but some
    workers utilize it as an informal channel to get information.
  • Data is defined as raw, unsummarized, and unanalyzed set of facts.
  • Planning provides the organization a sense
    of order, direction and purpose.
  • Emotional element should be downplayed, if not removed
    totally when administering disciplinary actions (DA).
  • Negative rumors are informal-negative social control.
  • University education should develop the student's
    problem-solving skills.
