Minority president

Minority president is a chief executive not elected
by the majority (50% + 1) of the electorates.
Case in point: In 1992, FVR only got 23.6% of the
total numbers of votes cast. Meaning, 76.4%
of the Filipino electorates rejected him.
Erap & GMA are also minority presidents.
Political analysts blame it to the country's multi-party system.
